Spin In Chemical Anchor Resin Capsules | High-Load Epoxy Acrylate Fixings

Achieve maximum load-bearing performance in high-stress structural applications with our Spin In Chemical Anchor Epoxy Resin Capsules. Formulated from high-strength epoxy acrylate resin mixed with coarse quartz aggregate, these pre-measured glass capsules deliver an exceptional expansion-free bond in concrete, natural stone, and solid masonry.

Designed for quick, precise, and mess-free installation, the glass capsule breaks and mixes during stud insertion using a rotary hammer drill. Because chemical anchoring relies on adhesion rather than mechanical expansion forces, these capsules allow for close edge-distance fixing without cracking the surrounding substrate.

Key Features & Benefits

Expansion-Free Anchoring: Eliminates internal stress on concrete, enabling installation near edges, corners, and tight anchor spacings.

Pre-Measured Efficiency: Single-dose design ensures exact resin-to-hardener ratios every time—eliminating site waste, manual mixing, and messy cartridge nozzles.

High Load Capacity: Quartz aggregate formulation creates a heavy-duty matrix suitable for high-vibration and structural environments.

Moisture Resistant: Performs reliably in damp, wet, and flooded holes without sacrificing bond strength.

Clean Installation: Ideal for overhead and horizontal fixings; the capsule holds the resin securely in place inside the hole prior to driving the stud.

Common Applications

Structural steelwork, beams, and column base plates

Safety barriers, guardrails, handrails, and balustrades

Heavy machinery hold-downs and industrial equipment mounting

Racking systems, formwork supports, and stadium seating

Installation Guide

Drill & Clean: Drill the hole to the specified diameter and depth for your anchor stud. Thoroughly blow and brush out all dust and debris.

Insert Capsule: Place the spin-in glass capsule into the cleaned drill hole (narrow end first).

Drive Stud: Attach the matching threaded stud driver to your rotary hammer drill (set to rotation-and-hammer mode). Drive the chisel-pointed stud through the capsule to the required embedment depth to thoroughly crush the glass and mix the resin components.

Cure: Leave undisturbed to cure completely based on ambient temperature guidelines before applying fixture loads.
