Returns
'NO QUIBBLE' Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (+ a couple of days, grace).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original documentation

To complete your return, we require a receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase. This will enable an easier process of locating and amending orders. Please keep all labels, stickers and original packaging to be eligible for free returns. Contact us for info. on how to complete a successful return


Refunds (if applicable)
NO QUIBBLE - We invite all people to stay with us as their preferred supplier of fixings and fasteners. If you're not happy, we will do everything possible to help. Please, please, please keep all documents, stickers, labels and packaging; it makes the process run quicker and easier.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 3 working days please contact us to verify the situation. Banks vary in their reaction time to changes; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Any concerns no matter how small, contact: 01242 522244
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
NO QUIBBLE - All exchanges are welcomed, assuming that items are suitable for re-sale. Please, return the item with the invoice and a note describing what you would like as an exchange. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
95% of orders are dispatched the same day as purchase if the order was made before 3pm. After 2-3pm your order will join the following days post. Royal Mail deliver most items up to 2kgs and Interlink Express deliver our oversized and heavier items, next day. Usually, the easy bit is getting the order out the door, but, what happens after can occasionally disappoint us both. If delivery is crucial you should tick the, 'express', option to be super sure.

Mailing Disclaimer

I would like to take this opportunity to bring to your attention some aspects of our service that are occasionally investigated. To keep your prices low and for us to remain competitive we use Royal Mail rather than a tracking service as standard.

98% (490 orders) of shipping arrives on time. 

2% (10 orders) are late

  • 70% (7 orders) 1 day late
  • 20% (2 orders) 2 days late
  • 10% (1order) 3+ days late
  • 0.01% is reported lost. - 1 every couple of years

We use Royal Mail, Franking services and use labels that have the return address on. This prevents lost mail as items are simply returned to us.

Our 'NO QUIBBLE' guarantee gives you peace of mind that we will accept all, undamaged returns and issue a full refund, every time. 

If you need a definite arrival time please select an express service at check out to avoid disappointment.
