UNF Hex Bolt

Shop UNF hexagon set screws and bolts in high tensile steel with a self-colour black or bright zinc plated (BZP) finish, plus A2 stainless steel, at Fixaball. Featuring Unified National Fine imperial threads, these hex head fasteners are suited to automotive maintenance, machinery repairs, restoration and engineering projects requiring UNF fixings.

Choose high tensile steel for strength-focused applications, BZP steel for a protective zinc finish, or A2 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Self-colour black steel is suitable where a plated finish is not required, but may need additional protection against moisture.

Hexagon sets are fully threaded, while bolts have a partially threaded shank. Match the imperial diameter, threads per inch (TPI), length and specified strength rating to your assembly, and use compatible UNF nuts or threaded holes. UNF threads are not interchangeable with UNC or metric threads.

Before publishing, check the steel strength designation: “8.8” is normally a metric property class, whereas UNF fasteners commonly use imperial grades. Include it only if confirmed by your supplier’s specification.
