Installation Guide

• Check that the substrate you are fixing to is stable
• Use the chart to find the correct drill bit to use.
• Mark out the hole locations
• Drill holes a minimum depth of the anchor length - maximum fixture thickness + 10mm
• Drill the hole square
• Clean the hole with the correct sized brush and blow out the hole for dust.
• Use a suitable chemical resin
• Gently turn the stud as you depress it down wards (sit around 10mm from the bottom of the hole).

Missing installation details will impair the performance of the stud, potentially making it unsafe.

The plain tips of these threaded chemical anchor rods are applied with injection resin for these types of applications:

A plain tip is not suitable for use with 'spin in' capsules
